Our law firm successfully completed a complex trial that required significant effort and a professional approach at all stages of the process. The case was initiated by filing a claim under simplified proceedings in the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Karaganda Region (SIEC), without summoning the parties. Subsequently, the defendant filed an application for consideration of the case in the general order, which led to a change in the procedural form of consideration of the case.
