3. On cassation appeals for review of judicial acts in cassation against rulings on setting aside arbitral awards and issuing writs of execution for the enforcement of arbitral awards and decisions of foreign courts, and against court decisions and resolutions in disputes of a non-property and property nature, the state fee is 50 percent of the corresponding rate established by paragraph 1 of this Article for the applicant.

4. For claims containing both property and non-property demands, the state fee established for claims of a property nature and for claims of a non-property nature is charged at the same time.

The fee is paid before the claim is filed, unless the court grants a deferral (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 672 and Article 135 of the Tax Code). It is part of the court costs: if the court grants the claim, the costs are recovered from the losing party (Article 109 of the Civil Procedure Code).

We prepare a company’s claim against a counterparty and handle the case ourselves — representation in court. If a counterparty does not pay, we start with a claim letter and take the case through to enforcement proceedings — debt collection for businesses.
